People & Culture Manager / National Return to Work Coordinator at Muscle Republic. The Social Media Manager is responsible for reflecting the brand mission on social platforms, driving the brand strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering best-in-class content with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving traffic to the website.
n
- Leading the social media content direction and publishing schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
n
- Monitoring and adapting to social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
n
- Translating brand and campaign objectives into actionable social media plans.
n
- Working with the broader marketing team to align social activity with campaign calendars and promotional initiatives.
n
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content at shoots, events, and brand activations.
n
- Featuring confidently on camera and leading internal participation in organic content.
n
- Managing and mentoring junior social media staff,



providing clear direction, feedback, and development pathways.

Qualifications

n

n
- 3+ years' experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
n
- Proven track record of managing and growing social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok.
n
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
n
- Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics platforms, and social trends.
n
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and design.
n
- Experience in mentoring or managing team members.
