Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

This is a senior leadership role. To be considered, you must have:

- Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) or Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is essential.
n
- Large Facility Experience: Ability to manage high-volume clinical needs and lead a diverse multidisciplinary team.
n
- Relocation-Ready: This role is located in a regional coastal town that is not commutable from Melbourne.
You must be genuinely seeking a "tree-change" (or sea-change!) and be open to relocating.

- AHPRA Registration: Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).

Key Responsibilities
n

- Oversee all clinical services and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Mentor and lead a large nursing and care team to foster a culture of excellence.
n
- Manage ACFI/AN-ACC requirements and clinical documentation.
n
- Act as a key point of contact for families and external healthcare providers.
n
