- Manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, family groups, and SMSF clients.
n
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance, advisory, and strategic support across personal tax and SMSF matters.
n
- Work closely with a Director to deliver accurate and timely year-end financials and tax returns.
n
- Build robust, trusted client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
n
- Review work prepared by others, provide guidance and coaching, and support junior team development [level dependent].
n
- Identify opportunities to add value, improve client outcomes, and contribute to broader advisory discussions.
n
- Experience in public practice accounting, with strong technical knowledge across personal tax, trusts, investment entities, and areas such as Div7A.
n
- Strong personal tax experience.
n
- SMSF experience is highly regarded, or a genuine interest in developing your expertise in this area.
n




- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
n
- Confidence communicating with clients and explaining complex matters in a practical way.
n
- A collaborative, down-to-earth approach to your work.
n
- Leadership experience, or a desire to grow in this area.
n
