We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a busy drive-thru restaurant in Roxburgh Park. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to lead a great team, build a positive culture, and develop your leadership career with the support and training to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and motivate your team through every shift
n
- Coach and develop team members
n
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
- Manage stock, inventory, labour and rosters
n
- Build a positive and engaged team culture
n
- Maintain food safety, workplace safety and operational standards
n

About You

n

- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-focused environment
n
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Passion for developing people and building great teams
n
- Drive-thru experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
