We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, experienced and motivated4wd accessory salesperson. You will be responsible for discussing with customers their 4wd upgrade requirements and then recommending and quoting the products that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
- Build robust relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Prepare accurate quotations and recommend suitable product packages and upgrades that suit the customers needs
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout entire sales process
n
- Convert enquiries into sales while maximising customer satisfaction
n
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products, industry trends and vehicle applications
n

Requirements
n
n
- Experience in a sales role ideally within the 4wd accessory industry
n
- A genuine passion for 4wd's touring, camping and offroad vehicles
n
- Professional presentation and a customer first attitude
n
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- Strong communications and relationship building skills
n
- Ability to work towards sales targets and achieve measurable results
n
