About the role: Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a strong pipeline of projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of multi-residential developments from planning through to construction and completion.

Working closely with the Development Manager and Head of Property, this role offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to progress their career within a hands‐on, vertically integrated development business.

Duties:

n

n
- Assist with the management of residential development projects from feasibility through to delivery
n
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and other key stakeholders throughout the development process
n
- Support planning approvals, due diligence investigations and project reporting
n
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, risks and timelines
n
- Assist with feasibility analysis,



market research and project viability assessments
n
- Contribute to construction delivery and project handover activities
n

n

The skills and experience required for this role:

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience within property development
n
- Exposure to residential development projects, ideally multi-residential developments
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Urban Development, Property or a similar discipline
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in property development
n
