About the Role

n

This is far more than an internal sales role.

n

You'll become a trusted advisor to installers and trade professionals, helping them choose the right products, solve technical challenges and deliver successful projects.

n

You'll build strong customer relationships, provide expert advice and work alongside a knowledgeable team that's passionate about delivering outstanding service.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n




- Build strong relationships with trade customers.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
n
- Recommend products and practical solutions.
n
- Prepare and follow up quotations.
n
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
n
- Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
n
- Work closely with our sales and technical teams.
n

About You

n

You're someone who enjoys understanding how things work and helping others succeed.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (essential).
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A passion for customer service.
n
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
n
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
n

n

Experience in electrical, automation, garage doors, industrial products or technical wholesale will be highly regarded but not essential!
