Logikal Facade Solutions is seeking a motivated Site Cadet to join our growing facade delivery team on a landmark high-rise project.

n

Site Cadet – Facade Construction

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Translate approved shop drawings into practical site installation details.
n
- Provide technical support to the installation team and resolve on-site design issues.
n
- Prepare, manage and close out ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
n
- Coordinate material deliveries with the warehouse and site team.
n
- Attend site meetings with builders, consultants and subcontractors.
n
- Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
n
- Coordinate design changes, RFIs and as-built information throughout the project.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree in Architecture,



civil engineering or a related discipline.
n
- Experience in façade, curtain wall, windows, cladding or commercial construction preferred.
n
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
n
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Proficient in AutoCAD .
n
- Australian working rights.
n
