You'll be joining a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that takes a proactive, people-first approach to health, safety and wellbeing. This isn't a tick-the-box environment — it's a business that invests in early intervention, psychological safety and doing things the right way.

n
- A regional ANZ role with variety, ownership and real influence
n
- A business that prioritises wellbeing, not just compliance
n
- Strong support from leaders who value your expertise

n
- A culture built on collaboration, trust and continuous improvement
n
n
The Role
n
Working within the broader EHSS function, you'll take the lead across injury management, occupational health and psychosocial risk initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand. You'll be the go-to person for all things rehabilitation, return to work, and workforce health, partnering with leaders and teams to create safe, supportive and high-performing environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and influencing outcomes,
rather than sitting purely in policy or admin.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Supporting people through injury, recovery and return to work, ensuring sustainable outcomes
n
- Driving early intervention and injury prevention strategies
n
- Partnering with leaders to build psychologically safe workplaces
n
- Supporting health monitoring, fitness for work and workplace wellbeing initiatives
n
- Working closely with HR, operational teams and external providers
n
- Identifying trends and helping the business continuously improve how it supports its people
n
n
About You
n
You're someone who genuinely cares about people and knows how to navigate the balance between health outcomes, business needs and legislation.+
n
You'll likely bring:
n
n
- Experience in injury management, occupational health or rehabilitation
n
- A strong understanding of WHS and workers compensation frameworks
n
- Confidence working with leaders, employees and external stakeholders
n
- The ability to influence, coach and build trust across all levels
n
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Comfort working across both operational and office environments
n
n
You might come from a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehab Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or similar — but most importantly, you bring the right mindset and experience.
n
The Practical Stuff
n
n
- Hybrid role with a mix of site and office presence
n
- Travel across Australia and Recent Zealand (including occasional overnight stays)
n
- Opportunity to be involved in critical incident response and meaningful workplace initiatives
