What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading the Charge: you'll be the go-to person on the floor, overseeing the team to ensure every shift runs like clockwork. From managing front-of-house operations to supporting the kitchen crew, you'll keep everything moving seamlessly.
- Delivering Exceptional Service: you'll set the tone for an amazing guest experience by leading by example, ensuring every guest is greeted with a smile and served with care.
- Team Development: you'll be coaching, training, and motivating the team, helping everyone reach their full potential while creating a fun, supportive work environment.
- Managing Shifts: you'll be responsible for running the shift smoothly, handling any challenges that pop up, and making sure everyone stays on track and on time.

- Experience: you've worked in hospitality before and have a solid understanding of what it takes to keep things running smoothly, ideally in a supervisor or leadership role.
