Working in a hybrid mode, you'll complete administration and telehealth appointments from home while attending participant visits for assessments and interventions.

The Role
n
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting NDIS participants of all ages with a range of psychosocial and physical disabilities. You'll work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and environmental assessments.
n
- Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with participants' NDIS goals.
n
- Prescribe, trial, and recommend assistive technology while collaborating with suppliers.
n
- Complete home modification assessments and recommendations, including complex modifications where appropriate.
n
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions tailored to participant needs.
n
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators,
and multidisciplinary providers.
n
- Manage your own caseload and schedule while maintaining safe, ethical, and high-quality clinical practice.

About You
n
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive team.
n
You'll have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).
n
- Minimum two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred).
n
- Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).
n
- Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments and ongoing therapy.
n
- Home modification experience, including complex modifications, highly regarded.
n
- Experience supporting clients across all age groups and with psychosocial and physical disabilities.
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills.
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for participant visits.
n
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
