The Role Our family-owned workshop has immediate vacancies for Experienced Vehicle Painters to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities The Full-time Vehicle Painter role includes the following tasks and duties:

- Masking, sanding, buffing, and detailing
n
- Application and blocking of filler and primers
n
- Metal preparation for paint
n
- Spray painting
n
- Prime and top coat
n
- Colour matching
n
- Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency
n
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
n
- Storing paints in the correct conditions
n
n
Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
- Ability to work independently in a time and safe manner and in a team from time to iver
n
- Qualified vehicle painter with at least 3 years experience.
n
n
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications
n
n
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- Experience working with a variety of makes and models is preferred
n
- Prestige vehicle experience – such as Mercedes, BMW would be highly regarded
n
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
n
n
Salary
n
n
- Annual Salary Range $58,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation - commensurate to skill set and experience.
