Job Description

Care to Heal Pty Ltd in Narre Warren, VIC, is seeking qualified NDIS Support Workers/Personal Care Assistants/Disabled Carers for a full time role. You will deliver person-centred support to help clients with disabilities lead more independent and meaningful lives within the local community.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep and light household tasks, promoting participation and wellbeing, and following individual support plans.
