Join our digital team as E-Commerce Assistant where you will play a key role delivering accurate and commercially effective website execution across daily trade, product launches and promotional moments. In this exciting hands‐on opportunity, you will collaborate with our Marketing & Brand Creative teams and Merchandising team to create a seamless and consistent online experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

Keep the website current and engaging through daily updates to homepage content, banners, messaging, and CMS pages.

n

Support weekly trading updates by launching new arrivals and refining product merchandising to improve customer journey and sales performance.

n

Ensure products are launch‐ready by managing style exports, updating specification sheets, and maintaining accurate, complete product information.

n

Assist with CRM campaigns by building and updating email communications in line with approved briefs and brand guidelines.

n

Skills & Experience

n

Knowledge of Shopify (products and discounts) and CMS experience for homepage, banners and content pages highly regarded.

n

Eye for brand, styling and attention to detail

Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of online performance.
