Job Description

We are an established multi-entity group operating across commercial and industrial property, energy, hospitality, beverage manufacturing and the arts. Our flagship is a major commercial and industrial precinct in Penrith undergoing significant activation and development, alongside hospitality, arts and brewing ventures.

With multiple projects underway, we're looking for a hands-on accountant to manage the day-to-day finances of the group as these brands launch and evolve. You won't be carrying this alone — an established external accountancy firm supports the finance function and works alongside you.

What you'll do

n

n
- Processing day-to-day accounts, journal entries and reconciliations across the group's entities
n
- Managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll
n
- Liaising with external property managers and our energy billing provider on account matters
n
- Preparing month-end reporting alongside our external accounting firm
n

Based in Penrith, with willingness to travel to our city office as required.

You'll ideally bring:





n

n
- Strong experience with Xero
n
- Experience within property highly advantageous; exposure to energy or hospitality also a plus
n
- Advanced Excel skills
n
- A hands-on, autonomous approach to day-to-day accounts
n
- Accounting qualification; CA/CPA an advantage but not essential
n
