Shift Details

n

12-Hour Rotating Day & Night Shifts

n

Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am

n

Rotating Roster

n

n
- 2 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days Off
n
- 2 Days | 3 Nights | 4 Days Off
n
- 3 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days Off
n

n

This roster provides consistent scheduling and extended breaks, giving you more quality time outside of work while still maintaining full-time hours.

n

Weekend work forms part of the roster, with approximately two weekends per month.

n

Earn More on Weekends

n

- Saturday: 1.5x Penalty Rates
n
- Sunday: 2.0x Penalty Rates
n

About the Role

n





This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll be involved in producing, assembling and testing components used within the water treatment industry.

n

Working as part of a close-knit production team, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, complete quality checks and ensure products meet strict quality standards.

n

This role requires a strong focus on safety and quality while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Monitor production processes and equipment
n
- Assemble and test manufactured components
n
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
n
- Accurately record production data using computer systems
n
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
n
- Safely operate production equipment and tools
n
- Assist across multiple production areas when required
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace
n
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused safety culture
n

n

Physical Requirements

This is an active role and may involve:

- Repetitive manual handling
n
- Standing for extended periods
n
- Lifting and moving components
n
- Repetitive production tasks
n
- Working at or above shoulder height

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial setting
n
- Machine operating or production equipment experience
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable transport essential due to rotating shifts and limited public transport
n
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
n
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
n

- Experience within fast-paced manufacturing environments
