You will be responsible for the following:

n

- Manage commercial construction sites from ground-break to final handover.
n
- Keep projects safe, on time, on budget, and built to spec.
n
- Coordinate daily trade schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor workflows.
n
- Run site inductions, toolbox meetings, and daily safety inspections.
n
- Maintain site diaries, construction programs, and regular progress reports.
n
- Act as the key site contact for clients, superintendents, and design consultants.
n
- Resolve site issues and delays quickly to protect project timelines and margins.
n

This builder is best known for their projects ranging from $50m - $400m+ across the country, with a focus on bringing on experienced operators to diversify their business.

n

You will be working on any of their Residential/ Commercial projects that are coming through, values from $110m to $400m, across any of their CBD Fringe sites.

n

Responsibilities

n

You will be employed as a Senior Site Supervisor,



managing structures, services, internals and facades on large commercial residential builds.

n

You will be responsible for the following:

n

n
- Manage commercial construction sites from ground-break to final handover.
n
- Keep projects safe, on time, on budget, and built to spec.
n
- Coordinate daily trade schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor workflows.
n
- Run site inductions, toolbox meetings, and daily safety inspections.

Requirements

n

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

n

n
- Trade background
n
- Demonstrative experience as a Site Supervisor in the Tier 1 workplace, or Site Manager in a Tier 2 or 3
n
- Experience supervising large commercial sites up to $200m
n
- Excellent time management, communication and rapport with trades
n
- A hard working, willing attitude with a focus on driving standards
n
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
