n As a Clinical Facilitator, you will support nursing students during their clinical placements, guiding the development of their skills, confidence and clinical judgement.
n Due to high demand, we are looking for Clinical Facilitators across Coffs Harbour & Northern NSW.

About you

n

n
- Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Bachelor of Nursing
n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
n
- Completion of, or current enrolment in, the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course
n
- Solid communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across clinical and education teams
n
- Excellent written skills for completing student assessments and documentation
n
- Prior facilitation or teaching experience, or a completed preceptorship is desirable
n
