About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Receptionist to join our team at Our Medical Radiology Oakleigh.

n

This is an opportunity to work in a modern, integrated healthcare environment where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Radiology services that directly supports patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad range of studies including interventional procedures
n
- Operate specialised imaging equipment with accuracy, efficiency, and clinical confidence
n
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensuring care, comfort, and clear communication
n
- Maintain the highest standards of imaging quality, safety, and compliance
n
- Work closely with referring practitioners to support timely and accurate clinical outcomes
n
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
n




- Support a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

n

You are a confident and experienced Radiology Receptionist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential)
n
- Computer literacy and confidence in efficiently learning new medical software systems
n
- Knowledge and experience with mixed billing practices and Medicare
n
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail, adept at managing priorities in fast-paced environments.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals
n
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
