Job Description
Stowe Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Brisbane CBD Team, based at our Paddington office.

About the Role
n
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business.
n
You will oversee projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect.
n
Working closely with our Operations Managers, supervisors and field teams, you will play a key role maintaining long‐term customer partnerships while contributing to the continued growth of our Brisbane CBD business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
n
- Identify new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
n
- Prepare quotations, estimates and variation proposals.
n
- Manage electrical and communications projects from award through to completion.
n
- Monitor project budgets, profitability and forecasts.
n
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.
n
- Provide regular communication and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Stowe Australia`s capabilities.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or Supervisor within the electrical contracting industry.
n
- A current Queensland Electrical Licence.
n
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities.
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
n
- Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills.
n
- A commitment to quality, professionalism and safety.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
n
n
Preferred Experience
n
Experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:
n
n
- Commercial electrical contracting
n
- Service and maintenance operations
n
- Minor works and fit‐outs
n
- Communications and data infrastructure
n
- Government or healthcare projects
n
n
Qualifications & Licences
n
n
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- CPR and Low Voltage Rescue
n
n
