We are seeking a capable and values-driven House Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Home & Living service. This role will support a frontline team to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality supports aligned with each participant's goals, routines and support plans.

About the role

n

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Lead the daily operations of a Home & Living / SIL service.
n
- Supervise, coach and support Disability Support Workers.
n
- Promote person-centred, rights-based and active support practices.
n
- Ensure support plans, routines, health plans and risk controls are followed.
n
- Maintain quality documentation, including progress notes, incident records and participant records.
n
- Work closely with participants, families, allied health professionals and internal teams.
n
- Identify and elevate safeguarding, risk, practice or performance concerns.
n
- Support staff onboarding, mentoring, quality improvement and continuous improvement.
n

About you

n

We are looking for someone with:

n

n
- Experience in disability, NDIS, SIL,



Home & Living or complex support environments.
n
- Experience leading or supporting frontline teams.
n
- Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct.
n
- Strong communication, relationship-building and documentation skills.
n
- Sound judgement, emotional maturity and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
n
- Confidence using digital systems for participant records, communication, rostering and reporting.
n
- Experience in positive behaviour support, active support, medication support, restrictive practice governance or participant transitions will be highly regarded.
n

The successful applicant will need to hold, or be willing to obtain:

n

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
- Working With Children Check.
n
- Current First Aid and CPR.
n
- Current full driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
- Right to work in Australia.
n
- Completion of NDIS commission modules.
n
- Two professional referees, including a current or previous supervisor.
n

The role may include rostered on-call arrangements and site-based or after-hours responses as reasonably required.
