Product Coordinator - Part Time 16 hours (4 days)

Location: Alstonville
n Reports to: Director
n Hours: Preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm

About the Role

n

The Product Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of Plateau Landscape Supplies. This position is responsible for managing stock, coordinating product logistics, supporting pricing decisions, and ensuring systems and communications run efficiently.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to balance office-based tasks while supporting the retail team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

n

Inventory & Product Management

n

n
- Order and manage stock across product ranges
n
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
n
- Manage and reconcile consignment stock and supplier accounts
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems
n

n

Pricing & Systems

n

n
- Monitor and maintain retail pricing in collaboration with the Director
n
- Update product information, pricing, and inventory within Shopify and Tower systems
n
- Ensure consistency between point-of-sale, inventory, and online systems
n

n

Logistics & Operations

n

n
- Coordinate product logistics and deliveries as required
n




- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, availability, and lead times
n
- Assist with general operational problem-solving as issues arise
n

n

Administration & Communication

n

n
- Monitor and manage business emails
n
- Handle general office administration and record keeping
n
- Support internal communication between office and yard/retail staff
n

n

Retail & Customer Support

n

n
- Assist point-of-sale staff during busy periods
n
- Provide friendly, practical customer service when required
n
- Support the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly
n

n

Skills & Experience

Essential

n

- Experience with inventory control and stock management
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Confident with general office systems and administration tasks
n
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Shopify
n
- Experience with Tower Systems
n
- Background in product logistics or supply coordination
n
- Customer service experience, particularly in retail or trade-based environments
