Job Description

United Supports is seeking a motivated Coordinator of Supports in Tuggerah to help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans. You will connect clients with services, coordinate a mix of supports, and monitor progress to stay aligned with goals.

Ideal candidates have NDIS coordination experience, robust communication skills, and are organised. Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRODA is preferred. We offer a supportive team and ongoing development opportunities.
