Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in fast-paced FMCG operations? We're looking for a hands‐on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive performance, and ensure customer orders are picked and delivered accurately and on time.

n

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, supervising team members, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will:

n

Lead Daily Operations

n

n
- Oversee shift operations in line with transport schedules and service level targets
n
- Ensure accurate and efficient order picking and stock replenishment
n
- Allocate labour effectively to meet operational demands
n
- Identify, upscale and resolve operational issues
n
- Report on shift performance and recommend improvements
n

n

Manage Costs & Performance

n

n
- Control labour and operating expenses to meet budget targets
n
- Monitor and manage shrinkage and stock loss
n
- Oversee cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
n

n

Lead & Develop Your Team

n

n
- Supervise, coach and support warehouse team members
n




- Manage performance and provide constructive feedback
n
- Train new starters and ensure clear communication across the shift
n
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
n

n

Champion Safety & Compliance

n

n
- Ensure full compliance with OHS policies and legislation
n
- Promote safe manual handling practices
n
- Comply with HACCP requirements, RTW processes and Chain of Responsibility obligations
n

n

About You

n

You are a proactive leader who can balance operational delivery with people leadership. You bring:

n

n
- Proven supervisory experience within FMCG warehouse operations
n
- Experience working with automated warehousing systems
n
- Solid knowledge of OH&S;, HACCP and workplace legislation
n
- Sound understanding of labour cost management and inventory control
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
- The ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
n

What's on Offer

- $95,000 – $105,000 inclusive of superannuation, depending on experience
n
- Initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to transition to a full-time permanent role
