About the Role

n

We are currently recruiting for an HR Graduate based in Port Melbourne to provide administrative and project support across the Human Resources function. This entry-level opportunity is designed to develop capability and exposure across key HR disciplines including HR projects, talent acquisition, workplace health and safety, learning & development, employee relations, and injury management.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

n

- Support HR projects, employee communications, HR systems, records management, policy updates, and general administration.
n
- Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, organisational documentation, company vehicles, and housing administration.
n
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview scheduling, candidate management,



and onboarding.
n
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programs, training coordination, and compliance records.
n
- Assist with WHS initiatives, safety records, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance systems.
n
- Support workers' compensation and injury management processes, including claim administration, record keeping, and return-to-work activities.
n

About You

n

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
n
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
n
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems
n
- Willingness to learn and develop across multiple HR disciplines
n
