About the Role:

n

Working for a highly regarded Construction Manager, we are looking for a Snr HVAC Technician with experience in commissioning or a HVAC Commissioning Technician to join our well-established, friendly team working across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area on commercial projects.

n

What will I be doing:

n

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the Australian HVAC market:

n

n
- Working with Project Managers as to commissioning schedule
n
- Testing and balancing of air and water distribution systems for HVAC plant
n
- Fault finding, diagnosis, reporting and rectification of issues
n
- Coordinate with suppliers with regards to technical details
n
- Liaise and coordinate onsite commissioning subcontractor requirements
n




- Creation / implementation of Standard Operating & Maintenance Manuals
n
- Mentoring and coaching team members
n
- Ensure awareness and practice of WHS compliance
n

- Good communication skills with a strong customer focus

- Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels

- Ability to manage a wide range of projects and to adapt to unique and challenging environments

- A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results

- Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applications
