What You Will Actually Be Doing

n

n
- Leading a warm, tight team of 3, with a clear plan to grow it to 4 or 5
n
- Owning KPIs across the board, team performance, commercial targets and client experience, not just one lane
n
- Working closely with two owners who have a transparent vision and genuinely want you at the table
n
- You'll have genuine influence over how this clinic operates.
n
- Coaching a team who genuinely care about their clients, not just appointment numbers
n

Who We Would Love to Meet

n

n
- Someone with proven experience managing a clinic, salon or similar team, not just senior therapist experience
n
- Confidence with KPIs, rosters and commercial performance
n
- Someone who wants ownership of a business, not just a job description
n
- A track record of building a team up, and enjoying the process of doing it
n
