The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a high level of customer service while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service and repair needs.
n
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
n
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings.
n
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair progress.
n
- Keep customers informed about additional work, costs, and completion times.
n
- Process invoices and explain completed work to customers upon vehicle collection.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
n
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
n
- Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
n

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
n
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
n
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
n
- Valid driver's licence (preferred).
n
