Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker for immediate start with an award winning confectionery company based in Ballarat, VIC. These roles offer casual opportunities across a rotating roster - day and night shifts.

Key Duties Include:

- Working on fast-paced production lines
n
- Hand packing confectionery products
n
- Labelling and quality checking finished goods
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
n
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, repetitive environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
n
- Willingness to work across day,
