You'll work closely with our Director and site teams to deliver high‐end residential projects and uphold the standards that define Thurva's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute complex carpentry tasks with precision across structural, envelope, and fit‐out stages
n
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and apprentices to ensure quality and safety
n
- Interpret architectural and structural documentation with confidence and clarity
n
- Maintain site compliance with WHS, insurance, and environmental protocols
n
- Uphold Thurva's ethos of respect, discretion, and client‐centric delivery
n

What You Bring

- Proven experience in high‐end residential carpentry and site leadership
n
- Strong understanding of structural detailing, waterproofing, and envelope performance
n
- Ability to mentor apprentices and foster a culture of craftsmanship and learning
n
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
n
- White Card, relevant trade qualifications, and valid driver's licence
n
- Experience working with architectural builders or design‐led firms
n
