Multiple Customer Banking Specialist Relief Positions

n

Permanent Fixed roster:
n Monday to Friday 11.00am - 4.00pm or
n Tuesday to Friday 11.00am - 4.00pm and Saturdays 9:45am - 2:15pm

n

This role offers variety—each day you'll connect with different teams across branches in the Brisbane City and Inner North Area . Travel required.

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Brisbane City and Inner North Area you'll:

n

Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support theyre overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice

n

Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products

n

Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes

n

Educate and demonstrate of our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers

n

Problem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures,



driving our risk-adverse culture

n

We're interested in hearing from people who have

n

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality

n

Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a transparent way

n

The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do

n

Ability to work in retail environment that's busy and commercially driven

n
