About the Role

n

As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours, completing end-of-day financial processes, and providing outstanding service to our guests.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight shifts
n
- Manage late check-ins and early departures
n
- Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
n
- Prepare financial and operational reports
n
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
- Monitor hotel security and safety procedures
n
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
n




- Support administrative tasks and prepare the hotel for the morning team
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and confidently
n
- Experience with hotel management systems is advantageous
n
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
