About the Role

Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting recent people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and qualified Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Morningside clinic.
n
This is a part time position working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) where you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
n

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
n
- Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
n
- Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
n
- Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
n
- Maintain a well-organised and professional reception area.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
n
- Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
n
- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
n
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
n
- Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
