Nestled in a beautiful open air, lush garden with amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. Easily accessed with parking on-site and public transport out front.

Boasting beautiful treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

n

endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

As the face of the spa, the Spa Manager is responsible for:

n

n
- Creating an optimal working setting where you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in line with our values.
n
- Financial Performance of the spa including: achieving spa budget & KPI's, forecasting targets and roster management.
n
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa's client base.
n
- Managing spa recruitment needs and onboarding new team members.
n
- Daily spa operations including: optimising client bookings, inventory management and maintaining spa presentation standards.
n

Your Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous spa or salon management experience highly desirable.
n
- Previous experience in retail store management or a similar leadership role with responsibility for team performance and customer experience.
n




- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience and/or a Diploma in Salon Management is highly advantageous, but not essential.
n
- Previous experience with online booking systems.
n
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system.
n
- You are a confident leader with previous experience managing a team of therapists.
n
- You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
n
- You have some level of financial and business acumen and experience managing budgets.
n
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
n
- You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
n
- You are available to work a rotating rostering including late nights and weekends.
n
