Job Description

Spuntino Cafe in Epping is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef with minimum 2 years of experience.

n

You will play a vital role in the cafe' success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team.

n

The right candidate will work with BOH and FOH team, and must be available to work full time on weekends and Public Holidays, no nights. A suitable candidate would also have:

n

fully qualified as a Chef;

n

knowledge of breakfast cuisine and ability in creating appealing menus;

n

able to work under pressure on busy shifts;

n

leadership and valuable communication skills.

n

Your tasks and responsibilities would include:

n

maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process;

n

provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product;

n

maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
