n Job Description
n We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Delivery Manager with Property & Casualty domain to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platform, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
n Qualifications

n

n
- 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
n
- Robust understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
n
- Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
n
- Familiarity with P&C; system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
n
- Strong expertise in P&C; insurance industry processes and workflows.
n
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
n

Responsibilitiesnn




- Manage end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
n
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders.
n
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
n
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
n
- Ensure adherence to Duck Creek implementation best practices and methodologies.
n
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
n
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal development.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
