At AMIGA Montessori, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children. As a Child Protected Organisation, we actively promote and embed child safety in everything we do. Our centres are equipped with CCTV, and we have a strict no mobile phone policy in all classrooms to support a safe and transparent environment. We take all allegations of misconduct seriously and respond immediately and thoroughly. All applicants will be subject to reference checks and required to provide a current Working with Children Check and proof of their right to work in Australia.

AMIGA Montessori is a proudly family-run and rapidly expanding early childhood organisation with 16 centres (and growing) across Victoria. We provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in purpose-built Montessori environments. Our program is guided by the Montessori philosophy and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), offering a holistic approach that nurtures children's curiosity and growth.

What We're Looking For

- For Educator Roles:
n
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
n
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training (e.g. Responding to Abuse and Neglect)
