Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration and enterprise-wide adoption of GitLab Ultimate.
n
- Design, develop and optimise enterprise CI/CD pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
n
- Build and maintain enterprise "golden pipelines" to standardise software delivery.
n
- Design and support GitLab Runner infrastructure across enterprise environments.
n
- Embed DevSecOps capabilities including SAST, DAST, Dependency, Container and Secret Scanning.
n
- Develop automation that improves developer productivity and deployment consistency.
n
- Work closely with GitLab Professional Services during implementation and knowledge transfer.
n
- Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure and security teams to drive platform adoption.
n
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across engineering teams.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's DevOps and software delivery capability.

Skills & Experience

n

n




- Robust hands-on experience with GitLab Enterprise or GitLab Ultimate.
n
- Proven experience implementing and administering GitLab within enterprise environments.
n
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Strong understanding of GitLab Runners, shared runners and enterprise runner architecture.
n
- Experience implementingGitLabDevSecOps features including:n n
- SAST
n
- DAST
n
- Dependency Scanning
n
- Secret Detection
n
- Container Scanning
n

n
- Experience integrating GitLab with cloud platforms, infrastructure and enterprise tooling.
n
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is highly regarded.
n
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker or containerised platforms is advantageous.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical teams.
n
- Experience working within large enterprise or complex technology environments.
