About the role

Our client, a trusted manufacturer and distributor of coffins, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Fairfield East for a short term assignment.

What you will be doing

n

n
- Picking up stock as required
n
- Assisting with workshop clean up
n
- Moving empty coffins from factory to trolley to truck, and back again
n
- Supporting with general ad hoc duties as directed
n

n

What we are looking for

n

n
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including pick packing
n
- Forklift licence (desirable)
n
- Reliability and willingness to assist across warehouse tasks
n
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving stock
n
- Flexibility to take on diverse duties as needed
n

n

What's on offer

n

n
- Immediate start, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:30pm (with some 7:00am starts)
n
- Casual rate $35 ph + Super
n
- Initial 2-week assignment, with potential to extend depending on workload and suitability
n
