The Role

n

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and reliable Butcher to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll showcase your knife skills, prep high-quality cuts, and help guide our customers with cooking tips and product recommendations.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Breaking down carcasses (beef, lamb, pork, and poultry) with precision and minimal waste.
n
- Preparing value-add products,



gourmet sausages, and specialty marinated meats.
n
- Maintaining a beautifully presented, fully stocked retail display window.
n
- Engaging with our local customers, offering excellent service and expert cooking advice.
n
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Butcher: Trade certificate in Meat Processing (Butchery) or equivalent industry experience.
n
- Skill & Precision: Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of different cuts and yield optimisation.

- Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and happy to chat with locals about their dinner plans.

- Team Player: Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Presentation: High standards of personal hygiene and pride in a clean, organized workspace.
