THE ROLE

n

- Report to the General Manager
n
- Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
n
- Develop and refresh seasonal menus for restaurants, bars, and events
n
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
n
- Manage food costs, budgets, rostering, payroll, and stock control
n
- Maintain HACCP food safety standards
n
- Create revenue-driving food events and promotions
n
- Work closely with the F&B; and S&M; teams to develop exciting dining experiences
n

THE MUST HAVES

n

n
- Previous Executive Chef or senior leadership experience within a 5-star hotel or premium hospitality environment
n
- Strong leadership and team development skills
n
- Relevant culinary qualifications
n
- HACCP knowledge and experience
n
- Excellent commercial and organisational skills
n
- Unlimited work rights in Australia.
