What will you be doing?
n
- Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
n
- Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
n
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
n
- Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment
n
- Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey
n
- Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
n
About You
n
- Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
n
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
n
- Experience working in a performance driven workplace

To be considered you must...
n
- Have full working rights in Australia
n
- Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
n
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
n
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
n
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
n
