We're looking for experienced, reliable Disability Support Workers who feel confident supporting people with challenging behaviours.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Delivering consistent, person‐centred support
n
- Providing confident, safe support to participants with complex or challenging behaviours. Your experience with big behaviours isn't just helpful — it's valued
n
- Assisting with daily living, community access and meaningful routines supporting people in meaningful, practical, everyday ways
n
- Helping participants develop skills, independence, and confidence
n
- Contributing to long‐term improvements in quality of life
n
- Supporting with Personal Care is a mandatory part of this role
n
n
You'll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.
n
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
n
n
- Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector)
n
- Mandatory personal care, Driving Mini Busses and Driving company vehicles
n
- Confidence working with behaviours that may challenge
n
- Reliability,
showing up when you're needed matters
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- First Aid & CPR certification
n
n

Currently we have an urgent need for Mandarin-speaking Support Workers and anyone who can work in Children Services (After School Care) from 3pm to 6pm.
