About the role

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience by:

- Leading, coaching and developing a passionate retail team.
n
- Creating a welcoming environment where customers receive expert advice and personalised service.
n
- Driving sales growth while maintaining a premium customer experience.
n
- Hosting and supporting product tastings and customer engagement activities.
n
- Sharing product knowledge and creating engaging conversations around premium wines and spirits.
n
- Building solid relationships with customers and understanding their preferences.
n
- Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock, labour and compliance.

- Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard.

- Creating a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.

About you

You'll be someone who:

- Has experience leading a team within premium retail, liquor, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.

- Has a genuine passion for wine, whisky and premium products, with strong product knowledge highly regarded.

- Enjoys engaging with customers, providing expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
n
- Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
n
- Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.
n
- Takes pride in presentation, service standards and attention to detail.

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
