Job Description

The Galley RMYC on Gunnamatta Bay is seeking a Commi Chef to assist in daily kitchen operations, coordinating with the head chef and the wider team.

Roles include working across lunch and dinner shifts 7 days a week, managing stock, line duties during busy service, and contributing to seasonal menus with creativity. We welcome applicants of all levels, with opportunities within our team and a positive work life balance.
