Locations: Heidelberg Heights and Coburg North (both locations mandatory)

Shifts: Monday to Sunday

Availability on the weekend is essential

Expected Availability: 3–4 shifts per week

Operating Hours: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

n

Start Time: Availability to commence shifts at 6:00 am is essential

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' barista experience
n
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
n
- Outstanding customer service skills
n
- Excellent personal hygiene and presentation
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Full availability to work across both locations
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to our standards.
n
- Operate coffee machines and grinders.
n
- Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
n
- Serve pies,



pastries, and other food items while maintaining food safety standards.
n
- Heat, plate, and present products according to shop procedures.
n
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, service area, and dining area throughout the shift.
n
- Restock display fridges, pie warmers, takeaway packaging, and other supplies.
n
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning tasks.
n
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and food items, reporting shortages when required.
n
- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure efficient service.
n
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
n
- Assist with training new team members when required.
n

Pay The position will be paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119).
