This is a full-time position based in Maroochydore, QLD. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and their dream home improvements, providing expert guidance on flooring & window solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth whilst building lasting relationships with clients who value quality, craftsmanship and exceptional service. What you'll be doing

- Welcoming customers into the showroom, visiting their homes and conducting consultations to understand their home improvement needs, preferences and requirements. Building dreams.
n
- Preparing accurate proposals tailored to individual customers
n
- Guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through to order completion.
n
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
n
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall goals of the business
n
- Maintaining an organised and professional showroom environment that showcases products effectively
n
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-focused approach

- Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites when required
