Job Description
Skyreach is a national leader in the hire, sale and servicing of onsite access equipment, built on employee development, safety, strong team culture, and fast, reliable customer service. As we grow, we're looking for a Service Coordinator to lead field service coordination at our St Marys location, on a 12-month fixed term contract commencing September 2026.

The Opportunity
n
This is a frontline leadership role at the centre of field service operations. You'll be the central control point for job allocation, technician scheduling, and field service performance, managing daily workflows through Baseplan and working closely with the Workshop Supervisor to keep repairs, fleet readiness, and service delivery on track. Holding clear authority over field technicians and service personnel, you'll drive accountability, discipline, and productivity, reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, with our continued growth expected to open up longer-term opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities
n
Coordinate daily field service activities, including job allocation, technician scheduling, and workload balancing
n
Lead, manage and support the field service team, including staff allocation, performance management, and professional development
n
Facilitate regular team meetings to maintain alignment and promote a high-performance, safety-first culture
n
Maintain accurate, timely data entry in Baseplan for job status, technician allocation, and service documentation
n
Manage UKG functions, including leave approvals within 24 hours and fortnightly timesheet reconciliation
n
Monitor yard operations and fleet readiness, coordinating maintenance priorities with the Workshop Supervisor
n
Act as the central point of contact between field teams, workshops, and management, providing timely updates and reporting
n
Enforce WHS compliance across field and yard activities, including risk assessments and incident follow-up
n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service coordination and team performance
n
Skills and Attributes
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar service coordination or field service leadership role
n
Strong proficiency in Baseplan (or similar service/fleet management systems)
n
Solid understanding of fleet maintenance processes
n
Proven people leadership skills, with the confidence to enforce policy and hold teams accountable
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Sound understanding of WHS principles in a field service or workshop environment
n
