Bellezza Espresso is seeking a passionate and motivated Pastry Chef to join our growing production kitchen team in Mansfield, QLD.

n

This is a fantastic prospect to work closely alongside the owner in a hands-on environment with strong Italian heritage and influence, where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your skills within a fast-paced hospitality production business.

This role is based in our large-scale production pastry kitchen, preparing high-quality sweet and savoury items supplied across multiple Bellezza cafes throughout Brisbane CBD. We are not a boutique pastry shop — this is a high-volume, consistent production environment suited to someone who enjoys working efficiently as part of a strong team.

The right candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, pastries, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Formal pastry qualifications or certifications are not essential for the position — attitude, reliability, and passion are most important to us.

About the Role

- Full-time position
n
- Monday to Friday roster




n
- Operational hours between 6:00am – 3:00pm
n
- High-volume production kitchen
n
- Prepare pastries, cakes, baked goods, desserts, and savoury items
n
- Work collaboratively with the owner and kitchen team
n
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
n
- Assist with product development and new ideas
n

What We're Looking For

- Passion for food, pastry, and cooking

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable and consistent team player
n
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential
n
- No formal pastry certification required
