Job Description:
n As a key member of our dental team,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
n smooth operation of our practice while providing exceptional care to our patients.
n Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
n Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures from Family Dentistry
n to Orthodontics and Implants
n Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental
n treatment procedures.
n Ensuring appropriate dental records are maintained.
n Managing inventory of dental supplies.
n Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
n Sterilisation and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
n Supporting reception staff when needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
n
Qualifications:
n Certificate 3 or 4 in dental assisting advantageous but not essential
n Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice. (Experience overlooked for an
n exceptional candidate with an eagerness to learn and passion for the industry).
n Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
n High level of maturity and professionalism.
n Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
n Ability to exude sincerity, warmth, and confidence in patient interactions.
n Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n Ability to work harmoniously within a team and contribute to a collaborative work
n environment.
